Meet the Man Behind the Paws

Hi, I'm Glenn, the guy behind Southern Illinois PawLink. I'm happily married, the proud father of two sons, blessed with a fur baby named Cooper and I call Shiloh, Illinois home.

I created Southern Illinois PawLink because I saw a growing need in our community. Every day, loving pet owners, Good Samaritans, and animal advocates struggle to find safe homes for dogs they can no longer keep or have found. At the same time, our county's animal control facility and local rescues are becoming increasingly overcrowded, making it harder for every animal to get the attention and exposure they deserve.

My goal is simple: use the power of this website and social media to help connect pets with caring families and give them the best chance at finding a forever home.
